Dear guests,
After you have decided on a place for your holiday, please e-mail us, noting the code number of the place you would like to book, number of persons and the dates of your arrival and departure. After we make sure the place is available, you will receive a booking confirmation or an adequate alternative.
As you receive the confirmation of your booking availability, you will need to pay the 30% of the total amount of your reservation within 3 days. After the payment has been received, we will then send you a contract – voucher for your travel. If you wish, you can pay the whole amount at once, or you can pay the rest upon your arrival at the agency. All the payment charges are paid by the guests.
